If quality lies in freshness, then the origin of the products used is crucial.  We prefer to use produce from our own garden and the immediate neighborhood and trust our suppliers from controlled cultivation, breeding and husbandry. However, the focus is on select, high-quality products of international origin.

In addition, we offer half board from a minimum stay of 3 days. Consisting of a 3-course menu of your choice (cold or warm starter, main course of fish or meat, dessert or cheese selection) at €49.00 per day/person excluding drinks. Served with a greeting from the kitchen, bread and French butter.
